The unique marking feature of Element™
-
Boolean logic
The unique marking feature of Element™ allows the combination of
properties by means of the Boolean criteria AND, OR and NAND.
This makes it possible to easily identify any subset of elements with
a certain set of common properties, such as the one given in the
example: "Which are the transition metals that condense in an fcc
lattice?".
-
User friendliness
Element™ provides several features that make the identification of
marked elements effortless. By means of additional scroll buttons,
only those elements marked can be stepped through.
This makes it extremely easy to compare properties (such as electron
configuration) for a set of pre-selected elements without taking your eyes
off the details list at the bottom of the display.
-
Intelligent interface
Not only does Element™ provide an "undo" feature to take back a mistakenly
performed marking action, but Element™ has also the intelligence to set
its Boolean criteria to those that you are most likely to use.
